All regular fitness classes listed in the fitness calendar are part of your membership dues.

 

Non-Member: Unlimited pass for Spring 2008 is $88 or 10 Punches for $32.00 Course #707
Passes are available at the front information desk.


Our classes are designed for the

beginner as well as challenging

the more advanced.

We want to encourage you to work

out at your own pace.

Instructors will give alternatives

so you can choose the intensity

and impact of your workout.

Be sure to meet your instructor

before or after class and feel free to ask

questions about your

personal interests and needs.
